When you send a quote request we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city or area, project details and any photos you upload. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and complete work, and keep records required for our business (such as invoices and tax records).
Consent
By submitting the form you consent to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits.
Where it is stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's servers, which may be located outside Canada (including the United States), and may be subject to the laws of those countries. Messages may also be delivered to our business email.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to submissions is limited to our business and protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
