Modern Home – Frosted Glass Walkout & Picket Balcony
A brand-new modern home with a rear patio, a deep basement walkout and a second-storey balcony. Each area needed something different, so we combined systems.
Around the patio and the full basement walkout we installed black aluminum railing with frosted glass panels – it blocks sightlines into the lower level and the patio while still letting light through. A black aluminum handrail runs down the walkout stairs.
The upper balcony and the main patio stairs got black aluminum picket railing for a clean, open look up top. One colour, three systems, one consistent design.
