Before: a dated porch railing with diamond panels and tired metal stair rails. We took it all out and renovated the full front porch – including new porch roof support posts.

Both halves of the semi got new black aluminum railings to each owner's taste: one side chose a classic picket system, the other went partly glass. Matching picket railing now runs down both front stairs.

A unified, modern front for both homes – same finish, same quality, each owner's own style.
